My first ever judo competition...and i lost! :(((
zhenyi sae..."u were too nervous..u din even play properly..accept the fact!" i noe actually..i was nervous even before i step onto to mat. i dunno wad to do..i am too scare.
i cried after tt...but not cos i lost..is cos i feel disappointed in myself. i could have done better..if i jus grap and throw without waiting.
my stamina and physical strength sux. guess i dun have enough pratice of randori. should take this as a learnin curve..for me to train hard.
